Sizing & Fit

What size should I buy?

JDY generally runs true to size. We have provided a UK conversion chart in our Size Guide to help. If you are between sizes in their high-waisted jeans, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours (excluding bank holidays). You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as it's on its way.

Which courier do you use?

We currently ship via Royal Mail. All orders are sent using a tracked service for your peace of mind.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Clara&Co only ships within the UK. We hope to expand to our international friends soon!

Returns & Refunds

How do I return an item?

It's easy! You have 14 days to notify us and 14 days to send it back. Check our Returns page for the full steps.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, at this stage, the customer covers the cost of return postage. We recommend a tracked service! As we grow we aim to change this in the future.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your item and check it's in its original condition (tags on, no marks!), we'll process your refund within 14 days.

Payments & Security

Is my payment secure?

Absolutely. We use Stripe, a global leader in payment security. We never see or store your credit card details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via the Stripe checkout.
