Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return it within the timeframe below.

Timeframe

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date your order arrives.

Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All original tags must remain attached
  • Items returned with signs of wear, damage, or without tags may not be accepted

How to start a return

  1. Sign in to your account and go to Account → Orders
  2. Select the order and choose the items you wish to return
  3. Submit your return request to generate a printable return label with our return address

We’re setting up a PO Box with Royal Mail; until then, your label will include our current return address.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your receipt until your return is processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund back to the original payment method via Stripe. You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
