3. Your Contract With Us

• You'll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. This is not acceptance.
• A contract is formed when we dispatch your items.
• Ownership transfers upon delivery or collection.
• If an item is unavailable, we will not charge you for it.

4. Price and Payment

• Prices may change without notice. We aim to ensure accuracy but will notify you of any pricing errors before dispatch.
• All prices include VAT.
• Payment must be made in pounds sterling via credit/debit card or PayPal.
• Payment is taken at the time of order submission.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Delivery options include:

6. Cancelling Your Order

You may cancel your order before dispatch by contacting us. If already dispatched, refuse delivery and we'll process a refund. Click & Collect orders not collected within 10 days will be cancelled. You may extend collection once by contacting us.

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
